A Pair of Reclaimed White-Painted Timber Ledged and Braced Doors

A matching pair of reclaimed timber doors in the traditional British cottage style. These ledged and braced doors are constructed with horizontal planking to the front faces. The reverse sides feature structural horizontal ledges and diagonal bracing. The doors are finished in white paint and are fitted with black-finished metal ironmongery, including a thumb latch and a D-shaped pull handle. Each door is mounted with brass-tone butt hinges. This style of construction is typical of traditional and rural United Kingdom residential architecture.
