An Islamic Jade Bazuband Amulet with Brass Talismanic Inscription Panel.
A circular bazuband-form amulet carved from pale green stone, of flattened disc shape with projecting lateral lugs for attachment. One face is plain, showing natural cloudy inclusions within the stone. The reverse is set with a circular brass panel engraved in concentric bands of stylised inscriptions, arranged in segmented registers around a central field. The script appears in a talismanic format, likely derived from Arabic letter forms used in protective or esoteric compositions.
