A George IV mahogany linen press, with cavetto cornice above a pair of quarter veneered doors with richly figured panel, the lower part fitted with drawers, on bracket feet, 219cm h; 56 x 123cm, metal trade label of S & H Jewell 131-2 High Holborn London WC1
Converted to a wardrobe with brass hanging rail, the two narrow drawers now blind. Door lock and all handles replaced. The line inlay late Victorian. Structurally sound. No shrinkage cracks. Doors not warped
