An Art Deco diamond and ruby cluster ring, featuring a central radiant-cut diamond of approximately 2.09ct in a collet setting with millegrain detail, encircled by a row of eighteen channel-set calibre-cut rubies of deep pink colour, the channel borders with millegrain detail, encircled by an outer row of forty-four old-cut diamonds, grain-set with a millegrain border, ring head measuring 16.94mm x 14.81mm, the shoulders each channel-set with three princess-cut diamonds, to a white metal shank of D-profile, testing as platinum, size O, boxed, 6.4 grams. Together with an insurance valuation dated 22nd April 2015 stating: The central radiant-cut diamond is 2.09ct, of D colour and SI2 clarity. The rubies have an estimated carat weight of 2.00ct. The old-cut (referred to as round-brilliant) diamonds have an estimated carat weight of 0.90ct. Please Note: One of the outer old-cut stones is testing as a possible laboratory-grown replacement.
