A Victorian Style Salt-Glazed Stoneware Ventilation Cowl

This piece of architectural salvage is constructed from salt-glazed stoneware. The object features a stout, segmented cylindrical base that transitions into a large, curved cowl section. The exterior surface displays a dark, mottled salt-glaze finish. It bears an orange adhesive label with the handwritten number 7290 and a smaller white sticker with the number 104. No manufacturer marks or stamps are visible on the surfaces shown. The item exhibits extensive weathering and organic growth, including moss and algae, consistent with prolonged outdoor exposure.
