CHRISTOPHER DRESSER FOR LINTHORPE POTTERY, a jug with mottled brown/green glazes, shape No.183, impressed 'LINTHORPE HT', facsimile Dresser signature and 183, restored, height 14.5cm, together with five other pieces of Linthorpe Pottery, comprising an onion shaped vase, shape No.849, impressed marks, height 12cm, an inverted baluster vase, shape No.1609, impressed marks, damaged, height 18.5cm, a squat twin handled baluster vase, impressed marks, restored, height 11cm, a cylindrical planter with flared base, shape No.536, defective, impressed marks, height 19cm and a twin handled baluster vase with a funnel shaped neck, shape No.2141, restored, height 36.5cm (6) (condition: No.183 restored to lip and rim, No.849 appears to be free from chips, cracks and restoration, glaze is rough around the rim, No.1609 has a glued repair to upper rim, squat twin handled vase is restored to the wavy rim and handles, No.536 has cracks running through the body towards the flared base and No.241 is restored to the neck and handles)
