A good painted red brick wooden Victorian Dolls house in the Gothic style, with contents, the façade with arched portico with etched side windows and polished wooden steps leading to hinged glazed and panelled front door, four square and two arched windows, with moulded window bars and sills, the pitched roof with grey painted slate tiles, four tall red brick chimneys each topped with simple caps, the ridge with ornate metal cresting, the centre front gable with carved wooden trim with cut-out details and pointed finials, side painted in red brick effect, left side with drawer, painted rear with arched window and hinged access to rear of hallway and landing.  The front opening in two wings to four rooms with laced curtains, hallway and staircase to first floor with arched window to landing, paper marble effect to ground floor rooms, and paper flooring to upper rooms, each room with decorative wall papers and moulded wooden skirting and hinged interior wooden panelled doors. Kitchen with tinplate cooking range, wall clock, pine dresser, table and candle box, table, chairs and various cooking utensils, bisque shoulder head housekeeper wearing long blue dress, apron and chain with key and two maids.  Dining room with decorative Art Nouveau style wooden panelling, soft metal cream and gold fireplace with mirror and mantel clock, wooden book case, table with turned legs and four red upholstered chairs, gilt cake stand and gentleman bisque head doll, wearing felt cream smoking jacket and cap, with his pipe and newspaper. First floor Living room with cream silk upholstered sofa and matching armchairs with Art Nouveau decoration, tin and soft metal Grandfather clock, Waltershausen piano, gilt table lamp, bisque head maid wearing black dress and apron, two children and pet dog.
