WW1 British GR V Officers 1897 Pattern Sword with plain single edged fullered blade 815mm in length, maker marked "Enfield". Spine of blade stamped "1315". Leather washer to blade. Guard marked "GRV" cypher. Wire bound Shagreen grip. Overall length 98cm. Complete with scabbard.
Blade has some small rust patches. Scabbard leather is very worn.
