CHILEAN MAIL DESIGNATED FOR AIRMAIL TRANSMISSION FROM BUENOS AIRES: 12 Feb. 1929 cover from CGA office in Santiago to Buenos Aires. Cover is addressed to Marcel Bouilloux Lafont (Chairman of CGA). Struck with circular company cachet in purple. Franked only 70c (surface rate) so probably allowed to proceed "par complaisance" being addressed to the Chairman. Also, 25 Feb. 1929 cover from Santiago to Stuttgart. Franked 3.90 pesos and having a special instructional circular h/s in black, signifying the mail would be sen on from Buenos Aires by Aeropostale.
