From This World To That Which Is To Come] Full embossed calf, front board de-bound, lacks title page and first leaf being a facsimile, title page for book two, 16 plates, a little grubby internally, good, first facsimile title states W. Johnston at the Golden Ball, with Book II titlepage stating Edinburgh, 1759.
