1980 Suzuki GS250 // Registration Number: MLJ 725W / Frame Number: 710071 / Engine Number: 136809 / Mileage: 10419 / Guide: £1000 - 2000 / For four years from 1980, Suzuki produced the GS250, an air-cooled, two cylinder lightweight machine. The GS was Suzuki's first series of four stroke machines and they became renowned for good handling and mechanical reliability. This particular GS250 has had two previous owners before the late Cedric Sansom purchased the motorcycle to add to his collection. It was originally finished in red, but in 1995 the colour was altered to stylish combination of black and silver-grey. The Suzuki is in very smart, clean and low mileage condition for its age. After a period of storage, recommissioning of the motorcycle is recommended. The history file includes photographs, various hand written notes and receipts, a 1995 road tax disc, licence application forms, twenty five MOT test certificates, two V5 documents and a V5C registration certificate.
