Propaganda Poster OSPAAAL Santo Domingo 1965 Dominican Republic. Original vintage propaganda poster issued by OSPAAAL - Organisation of Solidarity with the People of Asia, Africa and Latin America, a Cuban political movement founded in Havana in 1966, created to fight globalisation, imperialism, neoliberalism and defend human rights. The poster was issued in commemoration of Santo Domingo 1965 United States invasion and heavy fighting against Constitucionalistas trying to restore democracy. The poster features a black and white illustration of an American soldier being shot by a rifle. Fair condition, folds, creasing, tears, pinholes, small paper losses on edges, staining, ink stamp on reverse.
