AN EAST INDIA COMPANY BURMA MEDAL, 1824-26. An East India Company Burma medal, the Burmese elephant kneeling before the British lion, with flags behind, the reverse the epic assault on the great pagoda at Rangoon by the Irrawaddy Flotilla. On a steel clip and large ring suspension. The silver medal was awarded to Indian troops from Bengal and Madras, the officers received a gold example. All transportation is covered by a basic transport insurance but you can choose to add additional shipping insurance. Combined Shipping: You will receive separate shipping invoices for each lot. However, if you are buying multiple lots in the auction, shipping discounts will be available.
