A 19TH CENTURY 'JEWEL' MOUNTED JAVANESE KRIS AND SCABBARD. The 35.5 cm blade with eight curves and pamor in the Kembang Lampes or 'Carpet of Flowers' design. On a Java type hilt, the mount set with rough-cut white and red stones. The scabbard with chased brass pendok with a central split mounted with three further white stones. The cross piece of rounded Balinese or Madura type. 48 cm.
