AN ATTRACTIVE 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY IRISH LONGCASE CLOCK, the circular enamel dial with Roman numerals and signed Sam. Haynes, Cork, over a finely figured panel door flanked by inlaid supports, over base on turned feet. With inlay details throughout. Please note losses and wear as photographed, commensurate with age. Restoration services are available at Hegarty’s for clients. Complete with key, the interior with pendulum and weights. Dimensions: 207.5cm high x 45cm wide x 24cm deep approx. More about Clockmaker Samuel Haynes: Working in Cork in the 19th Century, Haynes was the Maker of clocks for the termini of the Cork and Bandon railways.
