Jo (John) Halifax of Barnsley; A mid-18th-century 8-day, oak longcase clock, the square brass, two-piece "Roman" dial with secondary and calendar apertures, the applied silver chapter ring bearing the maker's name and engraved with wheat and shell motifs, the trunk with a mahogany crossbanded door flanked by split fluted columns, over simple plinth and shaped bracket feet, associated slightly later case, 47 cm overall width x 24 cm overall depth x 199 cm overall height.
