A sapphire and diamond entourage ring, centred with an oval-cut sapphire of deep blue colour, approximately measures 7.8 x 6.5 x 3.6 mm, claw-set within ten 3.5 mm diamonds, with an estimated total weight of 1.50ct, tapered and chenier shoulders leading to D-section shank, unmarked metal testing as 18ct, ring head measures 15.6 x 13.3 mm, ring size O, total weight of item 5.2 grams. The central sapphire contains interesting colour zoning. Surrounding diamonds are bright and lively.
