An early 20th century Swiss 14k gold Vacheron & Constantin keyless lever hunter dress pocket watch, with signed Arabic dial and subsidiary seconds, the inner case numbered 234169, the signed movement numbered 378104, case diameter 49mm, gross weight 94.6 grams, with an associated box.
Very minor surface scratches to both sides of the outer case, commensurate with age and mild use. The rear outer case does not shut fully. Dial and glass in good order. Watch ticks when wound and the hands adjust.
