A Great War and Later group of six comprising War Medal and Victory Medal with Mention in Despatches leaf named to Lieut J.E.B Barton, India General Service Medal with Waziristan 1919-21, Waziristan 1921-24 and North West Frontier 1930-31 clasps to Capt J.E.B. Barton 57, RFLS, General Service Medal 1918-62 with Iraq clasp to Capt J.E.B. Barton, Defence and War Medal, unnamed as issued. Remounted as worn with accompanying miniatures. With Mention in Despatches certificate dated 18th April 1918. J.E.B. Barton is recorded as Major, Temporary Lt Colonel with the Indian Army from 25th March 1941. With a presentation plaque 'Presented to Lt Col JEB Barton on the Occasion of the Piffer Reunion April 1965', in case.
