Five mid 20th century West German vases, mostly in blues and purples with unusual geometric pattern. Tallest 36 cm, smallest 16 cm (see illustration).
The vase to the front right-hand side has minor scratches to the blue glaze decoration around the base. The vase to the front row left has a chip to the rim and foot. The vase at the back row right-hand side has two glaze faults, one to the rim, there is also a chip to one of the central ribbed sections which has been crudely restored. The tall vase to the centre has a chip to the rim and the purple vase to the left-hand side has some minor scratches to the body.
