Brunswick Rifle Bayonet, 1st Pattern, with double edged fullered blade 550mm in length, maker marked and dated "VR Crown Enfield 1858". Also marked "2" to blade. Leather washer to blade. Cast brass fluted grip. Crossguard numbered "773". Both crossguard, grip and pommel marked "2". Pommel has double Broad Arrow sold out of service mark. Working release catch. Overall length 670mm. No scabbard.
Good clean condition overall.
