A group of six comprising Queen's South Africa Medal with ghost dates and clasps for Relief of Kimberley, Paardeberg, Driefontein and Johannesburg, named to 2540Pte J. Douggie Cheshire Regt, King's South Africa medal with South Africa 1901 and 1902 clasps similarly named. War medal and Victory medal named to 120000S. Sjt. J. Douggie R.A.M.C. Territorial Force war medal to 2000 S/S J Douggie R.A.M.C and Territorial Efficiency medal to 1044 Sjt J. Douggie Welsh Bord M.B.F.A. R.A.M.C. Mounted as worn. John Douggie was born in 1868, he attested at Cheadle for the 5th Battalion of the Cheshire Regiment on the 1st June 1887. With a loose Defence Medal and collection of badges and rank pips.
