An antique 18ct yellow gold sapphire and diamond 5-stone ring, with traces of engraved inscription to the band, size S 1/2, 3.2g.

More Information

The ring has been resized twice previously. Stamped 18 beside a crown. Some light surface abrasions to the sapphires and general wear to the band.
