A trooper’s sword for a Corps of Volunteer Artillery c.1830, broad curved single edge blade 30” stamped Wooley Sergeant and Fairfax on back edge, together with a government inspector’s stamp, regulation brass stirrup hilt with langets, and one piece cast iron ribbed grip. Good condition.
