39 inch, single edged, plain blade with short back edge sharpened point. Brass guard and knuckle bow with added period scroll guard with French Revolution hat decoration. Guard stamped with maker “Antin”. Heavy brass pommel. Leather covered ribbed grip. Scabbard absent.
