Early 19th Century French Hussars / Light Infantry Sword

32 1/2 inch, single edged, slightly curved blade with large fuller.  Brass, three bar guard with downswept quillon.  Double pointed end langets.  Brass backstrap and pommel.  Leather covered grip with twist wire binding.  Contained in its steel scabbard with two loose hanging rings. Throat insert absent.
