Thomas Horsley York, a percussion muzzle loading single barrel rifle, with 24" hexagonal barrel marked Thomas Horsely maker York, with fixed and leaf sights, the lock marked Thomas Horsley and engraved with acanthus scroll and Red Deer, with Dolphin hammer and safety catch and with ornate trigger guard engraved with Red Stag, with 14 1/4" lop stock with steel butt plate. Overall length 103 cm. Sold as section 58 obsolete calibre.
