1939 CONCESSIONARY GREETINGS CARDS: Group inc. used & unused 'Postman' type card in Portuguese advertising a two day service from Brazil to Europe (card no.30) with a reduced tariff of 2.500r printed on reverse. The used card was mailed 21 Dec. 1939 within Brazil from Bahia to Parana and franked 1,200 (letter rate). Also, similar cards inscribed in Spanish, used & unused, advertising a three day service from Argentina to Europe. The used card flown from Buenos Aires to Genoa at concessionary rate of 40c.
