A Belgian 6 shot 9mm Chamelot & Delvigne double action pin-fire revolver, c 1865, number 7375, octagonal barrel 125mm (5"), the breech marked “CHAMELOT & DELVIGNE INon Btee”, Liege proved, entirely of German silver, the breech, cylinder, rounded frame and trigger guard engraved with panels of flowers, foliage and strapwork, with sliding ejector rod on the left, knurled capstan bolt securing the barrel, bag shaped butt with foliate carved ebony grips, and lanyard ring.
