BENTINCKS BLISTER CELLADEMA POT LID. (APL p597,81) 3ins diam. Blue transfer featuring a horses head to centre - with two animals head each side. Varied lettering between three borders. This veterinary pot lid was used to package a cure-all for horses and marketed by the maverick proprietor Harry Bentinck Budd around 1895. He was declared close scrutiny. Very rare. Excellent condition.
