A Boyo standing male ancestor figure, Democratic Republic of Congo, a vacant aperture to the crown of the head above a carved chevron style coiffure and breast, the arms carved with numerous bangles, facial and body scarifications, 38cm; a Songye standing male figure, with applied metal studs and bound natural fibres, 40cm; a Hemba male figure standing on a stool, with traces of black pigment, 49cm; a Punu standing female figure, Gabon, holding two gourds and painted in black, white and red pigments, 50cm; a Tchokwe figure of a man playing the marimba, 38cm; and a Luluwa style female standing figure, with carved horns above a pronounced abdomen, with facial and body scarifications, 41.5cm
