Sweden/G.B. 1948 (July 3) Cover from Stockholm to England, fire damaged, with London R.L.S slip "The enclosed packet has been recovered from a mail which had been damaged by fire". The Swedish Airline A.B.A Copenhagen to London flight crashed into a British military plane in fog whilst waiting to land at Northolt. All 40 occupants were killed, a small part of the mail recovered in a fire damaged state. N.480704a.
