Continental 14mm rifled Musket, chamfered lock plate marked '860' (1860 ?) and an eagle (?) to rear of the lock plate. Liège proof marks to the breech, Regimental / Unit marks to heel of butt plate, steel furniture. Lacks ramrod, small stock repair to l/h side. Metal work cleaned bright, barrel bands with spring clips, rearsight missing. Lock works well on 1st and 2nd cock. Interesting piece worthy of further research. No licence required
