A pair of 19th century Chinese baluster-shaped porcelain vases and covers: each dome-topped cover surmounted with a stylised dog of Fo above underglaze cobalt blue decoration depicting two older figures talking and two younger figures, one holding aloft a ruyi sceptre and within countryside surroundings with trees, fences and shrubs in Kangxi style, each with four character mark to underside (35.5cm full height including cover)
