An antique stoneware hot water bottle, also known as a foot or bed warmer, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. The vessel is designed with a D-section profile and a flat base to ensure stability when placed in a bed. It features a traditional two-tone glaze, with the main body finished in a cream-coloured salt-glazed stoneware showing characteristic speckling.
Length: 23 cm.
