A circular Qajar brass charger dish, finely engraved throughout with dense figural and foliate decoration.
The central roundel depicts a detailed courtly or hunting scene, featuring a seated noble figure surrounded by attendants, some mounted on horseback, set within a lively narrative composition. The figures are rendered in profile with stylised garments and expressive facial features.
Encircling the central panel is a wide border filled with scrolling foliage, animals, and further figural elements, all intricately worked in a continuous pattern that extends across the surface.
