A 1960s walnut cased canteen of cutlery by Edward Viner, Sheffield England. The 12 place setting complete in the fitted serpentine fronted hinged top cabinet raised on cabriole legs with pad feet. The canteen comprising hallmarked silver with stainless steel blades to some elements along with forks in part. Halmarked for Sheffield, date letter U 1962. The service to be checked, weighed and confirmed with client prior to entry to sale in a specialist auction held in September at our Bath site. Gross weight approx. 9830g.
