A Pakistani rug, 1st half 20th century, the central rectangular panel with two linked lozenge medallions with a repeating floral rosette border, on a dark blue and mid-brown boteh ground, on a gilt madder field with floral motifs and conforming ochre spandrels, with multiple boteh, floral meander and Herati style borders, 75½ x 50in. (191.75 x 127cm.).
. *Good overall condition and good colours. Small 2 x 3in repaired patch to one corner. Approx. 40% of the edge border at one end has been damaged and the edge restitched. A few small stitched repairs to selvege at both sides.
