A rare Art Nouveau Doulton Burslem pottery Holbein Ware vase, circa 1900, of pear from with narrow neck and flared rim, decorated in Aesthetic style in relief with an oval profile portrait of a woman in Egyptian headdress, surrounded by scrolling feathers, leaves and two peacocks, glazed in browns, greens and creams, and an unusual 'lizard skin' effect ground, 11 by 19.5cm high.
