A TWO CLASP INDIA MEDAL TO COLONEL BROADBENT OF THE ROYAL ENGINEERS. An India medal 1895-1902 with Punjab Frontier 1897-98 and Tirah 1897-98 claps, named to Coll. J.E. Broadbent R.E. In case of issue named to Colonel Broadbent. With miniature mounted with a K.C.B. The roll records Broadbent with these two clasps as being with the Royal Engineers Punjab Command. John Edwards Broadbent (1845-1931) Justice of the Peace for Berkshire. He joined the Royal Engineers in 1866 commanding the 3rd Company of the Bengal sappers and Miners from 1869, he had a long and successful career in India before retiring in 1902.

However, if you are buying multiple lots in the auction, shipping discounts will be available.
