A beautiful original watercolour painting by American artist Jane Ziegler dating to 1991 showing the Lorretta Brennan Glucksman Ireland House at the New York University. The painting was originally presented to Taoiseach Charles J. Haughey and the inauguration of the building. A lovely piece with a historic provenance!
