A Belgian gold plated 6 shot 12mm Chamelot & Delvigne double action pin-fire revolver, c 1865,number 3154, octagonal barrel 115mm (4¾”), the breech marked “CHAMELOT & DELVIGNE INon Btee”, the barrel engraved in gothic script “Juan Lopez Buenos-Ayres”, Liege proved, the breech, cylinder and frame engraved with panels of flower heads, with sliding ejector rod, knurled capstan bolt securing the barrel, folding trigger, bag shaped butt with plain ivory grips, and lanyard ring.
