A Victorian treen memorial in the form of a psalm book from the timbers of HMS Eurydice: with simulated binding and crucifix to front cover, the reverse inset brass plaque 'Eurydice 23/3/1878', 8cm high. *Notes- HMS Eurydice was a Royal Navy 26-gun ship that sank during a heavy snow storm off the Isle of Wight in 1878, only two of the ship's 319 crew survived.
