Horace’s “Satires” were some of his most important works – a vast collection of poems on human emotion and flaws, witchcraft and superstition, mythology, Roman politics, adultery and sexuality, and much more. This 1629 edition of Horace’s “Satires” was collected and edited by Daniel Heinsius, published by Elzevier. Scarce – USTC lists 5 copies
