A HANGING SCROLL OF CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY,20TH CENTURY 

Ink on paper, mounted as a hanging scroll
The calligraphy, executed in caoshu, grass script. inscription of a poem 'The mountains and rivers seem to end the path, yet willows shade and flowers brighten another village ahead.
A well-known poetic line by the Song dynasty poet Lu You.  A dedication appears to the right, possibly honoring a teacher or friend.
Inscribed and signed by the artist with two red seals.
