Sword: 1885 Pattern Cavalry Trooper's sword, marked inside the guard to 5th Dragoon Guards (5.D.G.) and dated 1887. Ricasso marked "Wayersburg Kirschbaum Cie Solingen." Heavy 34.5" blade. Ricasso marked Broad Arrow - W/D - Y.C." & "X" (YC = Yeomanry Cavalry?) In its steel scabbard with date markings. A good example with very good blade. Needs a clean.
