A Queen Anne and later burr wood bureau, possibly mulberry, in the manner of John Coxed, crossbanded and with walnut feather bandings, the fall opening onto a fitted interior, above a configuration of three short and three long graduated drawers with brass bail handles, on bun feet. c1710. H96cm W95cm D52cm (approx). Condition report: Sun bleached. Various minor veneer losses and old repairs. Handles are later.
