A Tibetan or Himalayan handheld prayer wheel, also known as a Mani Wheel or Mane Lhakor, featuring a rotating cylindrical drum affixed to an elongated handle. The cylindrical drum is embellished with repeating, deeply engraved or repoussé decorative motifs, appearing as stylized geometric or vegetal patterns. A small, pointed metal pendulum is suspended from the drum by a thin cord.
