A MID 19TH CENTURY ENGLISH PORCELAIN TWO-HANDLED SAUCE TUREEN AND DOMED COVER with integral stand, polychrome painted with sprays of flowers within a dark blue and gilt border and gadroon rim, 21cm over handles and a pair of matching two handled plates or stands 23cm (3)
The tureen has a tiny chip on the tip of the lid finial, otherwise no chips or cracks.
There is rubbing to the gilding to handles and borders.
Evidence of some touching up on the handles.
The two plates are without damage, minor rubbing to gilt.
