Colonial Foreign Service Helmet, interesting example of a cork foreign service helmet with white cloth covering. Interior with green cloth and black leather sweatband with cork spacers.
This helmet probably originates from France or Belgium, but very similar in style to that worn by the British forces in foreign service such as Zululand.
